Return & Refund Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”), you may return to us within fourteen (14) days of purchasing the Product, in our sole discretion, in resalable condition for a refund of the order price, excluding shipping and handling costs. This Policy is only applicable to those Product, which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items as provided in our site. Failing to return the Product within fourteen (14) days of purchasing the Product, we reserve the right in its discretion to reject the refund.

For the avoidance of doubt, but not as a limitation on other provisions of this Policy, we do not accept returns of used Product; or Product that is not in a resalable condition. The returned Product must be (i) unused; (ii) same condition as it was received by you; (iii) is packaged properly; and (iv) in the original brand packaging. We reserve the right in its discretion to reject the refund and return the Product to you, at your expense, if you failed to meet the above conditions.

We shall not responsible to settle any dispute that you may have with merchants for the purchased of Product using our website/platform. You shall be responsible to contact the respective merchants for a refund for Product purchased from the merchants. We shall not liable any disputes that you may have with the merchants and you hereby agree to pay us all fees and charges, if any and the merchants for the value of the order, notwithstanding any dispute.

If you wish to return Product and seek a refund, you must contact us via [email protected]. We will request you to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. order number, tax invoice etc).

We will send you an email upon receiving your returned Product. From there, we will inform you the result of our inspection to the conditions of the returned Product and our discretion to approve or reject your refund.

All shipping and handling costs for return of the Product to us or vice versa shall be borne solely by you.

Cancelling an Order
No cancellation is allowed after the order has been paid and accepted for processing.

We may change this Policy from time to time by posting the amended Policy on its website. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and shall not be a waiver of enforcement of any right or provision on a future occasion.
